Oak Grove Educators Association

The Oak Grove Educators Association (OGEA), founded in 1968, is the voice of educators in the Oak Grove School District. We are a union of dedicated teachers, specialists, and education professionals committed to advocating for our students, our schools, and each other. OGEA works to protect and improve working conditions, secure fair compensation, and ensure that every student has access to a high-quality, equitable education. Through collective action, professional collaboration, and community partnership, we strive to create schools where both students and educators thrive.
