Below are the list of proposed and approved cuts by the OGSD School Board from the October 10th, 2019 board meeting. This list is to be amended and presented to the board March 12, 2020 for action. Cuts to the tune of $3.4M must be made to maintain a positive budget with the County now that the Parcel Tax has failed. Any Reduction in Force (RIF, Layoff) must be announced to those impacted by March 15th (pink slip). Only Counselor Positions are being considered for RIF as TOSA type positions have a right back to a classroom or other service position and are considered transfers and not layoffs.
