Our Bargaining team met with the Oak Grove School District bargaining team to negotiate on articles 12 and 6 - Compensation and Association Rights. August 9, 2016 On August 9, the Oak Grove Educators Association and the Oak Grove School District
met to continue negotiations for a 2016-2019 successor contract. This was our third bargaining session held during summer break. We reached an agreement on technology which should help ensure that every educator
is able to do their job successfully. The agreement provides for training opportunities
around technology and guarantees tech support for all District provided technology. We also discussed Hours of Employment, Class Size and Compensation. Hours of Employment
